My free "Black Friday""offering.

I am grateful you all continue to include me and my shenanigans in your lives!

That you read, engage with, and share my words. That you show up in this world for yourselves and each other.

I don't do the "Black Friday thing". I don't do offers and I don't shop that day. I haven't in years. What I am going to do is offer a a Family Healing Circle via zoom that day free for anyone who would like to attend at 11am MT.

I know this can be a "loaded" time of year for a lot of us. Mixed bag of emotions, grief, loneliness, gladness, warmth, family, and community. I also realize tensions are still running high for a lot of people. I would like to lend my energetic support and presence for anyone who feels inclined to gather together.

We will engage in some light ceremony, a body based meditation for gratitude and abundance and be virtual shoulders for each other to cry on if needed as well.
