Balance & Release: A Fall Equinox Ritual

Ritual at 12pm MT 9/22/24 (Today!)

Blessed Equinox!

The light shines brightly this morning. The sky is the blue of clarity and I could feel the change of the season before by body left my bed.

Fall is here!

This is the time to gather our awareness and take count of our accomplishments as we relish in the harvest energy. This is also the time to take stock of what no longer serves us and—like the leaves—prepare to shed.

The ritual I will offer you will provide a sacred space and some tips to do just that. We will engage in a light meditative state, some breathing, and body movement and an accountability practice. As we call in the Unseen to be our Witness.
